I don't understand why you would give it 5 stars if the description and photos are misleading; the handle in the photo looks like wood, and the bristles are described as being made of boar hair.
Instead, they are synthetic; I tested them by exposing the bristles to heat and as you can see in my photos, the bristles "melted." I'm not the type to leave negative reviews, but I don't think it's right to claim something false.
For the rest, it performs its duty excellently, is comfortable and detangles hair well; the only downside is the misleading description.

Ok item, the boar bristles are nice but the plastic bristles are a little flimsy. rather than brushing my hair, feels more like it’s “petting” it. in a pinch, not a terrible brush, but not great. ok for travel i guess.

No, one thing wow, it detangles wonderfully, doesn't pull, and besides all that, it's very light and looks cute.
I will order three more, they will be the next gifts for upcoming events for my daughters.
